EUC Deployment Support Engineer – Onsite

Position Overview
We are looking for experienced EUC Deployment Support Engineers to support a large-scale end-user computing and device deployment program across multiple locations in Victoria.
The role will involve onsite deployment, device swaps, Windows configuration, application validation, troubleshooting, asset management, and first-line technical support. Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours, travelling between project locations, and performing hands-on deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laptop and desktop device swaps and deployments.
- Stage, rebuild, re-image, and configure Windows devices.
- Set up and configure Windows Hello.
- Validate Outlook/Email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business applications.
- Configure network drives and printer mappings.
- Collect, configure, and deploy YubiKeys and other authentication devices.
- Deploy and support kiosk and shared devices.
- Perform application and device validation following deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking, deployment records, and documentation.
- Coordinate device movements between staging areas, hubs, and remote locations.
- Work closely with project, EUC, infrastructure, and onsite support teams.
- Travel between multiple locations as required during the rollout.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be based in Victoria, Australia.
- Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be comfortable driving between project locations.
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts and extended hours when required.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Windows desktop support
- EUC / End User Computing
- Desktop deployment and support
- Device staging and imaging
- Windows troubleshooting
- Tech Zone / enterprise desktop environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite/field environment.
- Comfortable travelling and working across multiple sites.
- Ability to handle physically demanding deployment activities, including moving and replacing IT equipment where required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale Windows device refresh or deployment projects.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment, imaging, and configuration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with device authentication technologies such as Windows Hello and YubiKey.
- Experience with kiosks, shared devices, or dedicated-purpose devices.
- Experience with enterprise asset management and deployment documentation.
- Previous experience working in large corporate or industrial environments is desirable.

Resources may be required to work across the following locations:
- Docklands
- Long Island Point (LIP)
- Longford Gas Plant
- Sale
- Barry Beach Marine Terminal
- Heliport
Device staging, rebuilding, and re-imaging activities will primarily be conducted from the Docklands and Longford build rooms.
Travel Requirements
This is a field-based onsite deployment role. Engineers must be willing and able to travel between Docklands, Long Island Point, Longford, Sale, Barry Beach Marine Terminal, and Heliport based on project requirements.
