Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for network incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issues
- Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs)
- Manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking)
- Support DHCP/DNS services and resolve IP-related issues
- Handle wireless controller configurations and user connectivity issues
- Monitor network health and escalate critical incidents
Skills
- Strong in TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, basic routing
- Hands-on with F5, Nexus, DHCP/DNS
- Basic wireless troubleshooting
Good to Have
- CCNA / F5 certification
- Knowledge of firewall basics
