About the Role
To take Reframe to the next level, we're looking for a full-time Product Designer who can help us rapidly build out new products and features across different ecosystems and scale existing ones. You'll work directly with the founders and product team to create personalized, engaging, and habit-altering experiences at scale. This role blends creativity with problem-solving, you'll design intuitive user experiences, collaborate closely with engineering, and help shape the future of how millions of people interact with Reframe.
Note: This is an in-person role based out of our Alpharetta, GA office, five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for new features and product improvements across mobile and web
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate ideas and solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring designs from concept to launch
- Support feature testing, QA, and iteration based on user feedback and data
- Create visual assets and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools as needed
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the product
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, product meetings, and user research to inform design decisions
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or A/B testing
- Background in health, wellness, or behavior change products
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
