Social Media Managers without 1-2 yrs work experience in the field need not apply
Reframe Therapy is seeking an innovative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team!
We are a mental health therapy practice specializing in working with anxiety, perfectionism, and OCD (scrupulosity). We have three office locations: Provo, Spanish Fork, and Lehi.
This position is currently approximately 80% remote and 20% in-office (with some weeks requiring more in-office time). 12-15 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content on two Instagram accounts
- Develop short-form video, graphics, and captions aligned with our brand
- Research content that is ethically aligned and relevant
- Collaborate with therapists to translate clinical topics into approachable content
- Monitor engagement and track performance metrics
- Stay current on trends while maintaining mental health best practices
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (personal brand/social media experience does not qualify).
- Strong content creation and editing skills
- Understanding of mental health or wellness content
- Organized, self-motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented
