Sales Staffing / Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (Need someone in Dallas or Austin area)
Salary: $80K to $120K max
Qualifications
5–10+ years of account sales experience in IT staffing or related fields.
Demonstrated, long-term relationships with IT hiring managers.
5–10+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with IT hiring managers.
Represent Clevanoo LLC as a trusted staffing partner for IT contract and permanent placements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain job descriptions and staffing requirements.
Support vendor management processes until approved vendor status is achieved.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Drive revenue growth and benefit from monthly recurring commissions.
