Role Description The Sourcing Specialist role is a contract, on-site position based in Taguig. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for IT and executive positions through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. The Sourcing Specialist collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted talent pools, and maintain an updated candidate database. Daily activities include screening profiles, conducting initial candidate outreach, coordinating with internal teams on pipeline status, and supporting negotiation and procurement processes as needed. The role also involves tracking sourcing metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Assist with CV screening and candidate evaluation.
- Utilize MS Office, Google Suite, and OneDrive for daily tasks.
- Coordinate project-related activities and timelines.
- Manage and process various recruitment-related documents.
- Provide support to the sourcing team
- Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience for 6 months
