- This will supports the Service Design & Transition Manager in creating secure, reliable, and high-quality service designs.
- The role also helps lead continuous service improvements and promotes ITIL-based IT Service Management practices that align IT services with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in process management. Strong Stakeholder and project management and IT Service Management
- End to End service design activities
- Experienced in journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Experienced in using MS Application, Flow charts/ confluence, and ServiceNow
- Good comms skills, and coordination
- Bachelor’s graduate in IT or related
