Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM, responsible for overseeing automotive financing and insurance products for customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team and customers to structure leases and loans, secure approvals, and present financing options in a clear and transparent manner. The Finance Manager prepares and reviews all finance and lease documentation, ensures compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements, and maintains accurate records. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing credit applications, submitting deals to lenders, managing finance product offerings, and monitoring finance department performance and profitability. The Finance Manager also helps train sales staff on finance processes, promotes ethical standards, and supports an exceptional customer experience from purchase through delivery.
Qualifications
