About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, hold an active 4-40 insurance license, and be comfortable assisting customers in both English and Spanish.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the selected candidate should be available to work some Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate and follow up on insurance leads.
- Explain coverage options, policies, and available products to customers.
- Prepare quotes and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer questions and provide knowledgeable insurance guidance.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
Qualifications
- Active 4-40 insurance license required.
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience, preferably in a sales role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for occasional Saturdays.
- Professional, dependable, and motivated attitude.
Schedule
Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Candidates must be willing to work occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
