🚨 Hiring: Senior Lifecycle Supply Planner | 12-Month Contract | Penang
Are you an experienced Supply Chain / Supply Planning professional with strong exposure to NPI, product transitions, cutover and obsolescence management?
We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Supply Planner to join our team on a 12-month contract in Penang.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply strategy across New Product Introductions (NPI), Cutover/Uprev activities and Obsolescence, while driving improvements to minimize excess inventory and prevent supply shortages.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead supply planning strategy for critical product launches, transitions and EOL phases
• Analyze supply gaps, inventory health and cost implications and recommend mitigation plans
• Lead NPI planning in collaboration with Product Management, R&D and Procurement
• Develop and implement phase-in / phase-out planning strategies
• Lead complex cutover and obsolescence activities to minimize material write-offs
• Coordinate ECN implementation and product transitions with cross-functional teams
• Drive process improvements using advanced analytics and AI/ML tools where applicable
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning / Inventory Management
✅ Proven experience with NPI, product transitions or cutover programs
✅ Strong understanding of inventory, supply risks and material planning
✅ Experience with SAP / Oracle / MRP / advanced planning systems
✅ Strong analytical skills with Excel/data modelling
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field

• Oracle Value Chain Applications or similar APS
• NPI / Product Lifecycle Management
• EOL / Obsolescence management
• S&OP / Demand Planning
• AI/ML tools for planning automation
• Tableau / Power BI dashboards
