We are looking for a MongoDB Architect / Developer with strong experience in MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas to design, develop, optimize, and operate enterprise-grade data solutions. The role focuses on complex document modeling, migration, integration, performance, security, and Atlas administration.

✔ Aggregation & Query Optimization

✔ Indexing, Sharding & Atlas Search

✔ Atlas Vector Search & Change Streams

✔ AWS S3, AWS Glue & PySpark

✔ REST API Integration

✔ Security, RBAC & Encryption

✔ Backup, DR & Performance Engineering

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 Design MongoDB ingestion, bulk-write, upsert, and validation strategies

🔹 Design complex Quote, Contract, Opportunity & Customer schemas

🔹 Build data-quality checks and dead-letter handling

🔹 Develop migration pipelines from Oracle/XML → S3 → AWS Glue/PySpark → MongoDB Atlas

🔹 Implement schema validation, evolution, indexing, and sharding

🔹 Configure Atlas security, monitoring, backup, and DR

🔹 Optimize queries using explain() and Performance Advisor

🔹 Implement Change Streams, Triggers, Search & Vector Search

🔹 Integrate MongoDB with APIs, downstream systems, ML/AI pipelines, and S3

🔹 Perform load testing, capacity planning, and performance engineering

🎓 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

✔ 5+ years MongoDB production experience

✔ 2+ years MongoDB Atlas

✔ 3+ years complex nested document modeling

✔ Enterprise multi-tenant/multi-region workload experience

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- ✔ Active MongoDB Certification – Mandatory
