🚨 Hiring | Cloud Security Engineer | Sydney 🚨
I’m looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join an internal cyber security team, working across hands-on Security Engineering and wider cyber uplift.
The role is roughly 50% hands-on engineering / 50% uplift, with a big focus on using automation & AI to improve security at scale.
You’ll work across:
🔹 SIEM, XDR & security monitoring
🔹 Detection engineering & security tooling
🔹 Cloud security across AWS / Azure
🔹 Vulnerability management & remediation
🔹 Automation through DevOps tooling
🔹 Python / scripting & security automation
🔹 Cyber uplift & continuous improvement
We’re looking for someone with a strong Security Engineering background who also understands modern cloud and DevOps practices.
A big part of the role will be identifying manual security processes and finding ways to automate, integrate and improve them using engineering and DevOps tooling.
Ideal for a Security Engineer who wants to stay technically hands-on while having the freedom to build, automate and mature the wider cyber environment.
