A growing Dallas-based organization is seeking a talented Sales Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong partnerships with hiring managers is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Present market insights and hiring trends to hiring managers and leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, networking events, and workforce planning efforts.
- Support onboarding activities and help drive a smooth transition for new hires.
