Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Owner
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
Gather and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own story readiness, scope trade-offs, and acceptance/rejection of delivered work.
Project / Program Manager
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Finance Data Hub program from initiation through production deployment.
Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.
DATA GOVERNANCE & FINANCE
Drive data governance, stewardship, ownership, quality, lineage, reconciliation, and auditability.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of overall IT experience REQUIRED
7+ years of hands-on Product Owner experience
Strong Project/Program Management experience across the SDLC.
Extensive Agile/Scrum and scaled Agile experience.
Hands-on ownership of backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, scope, and deliverables.
Experience managing complex data engineering, data migration, data foundation, and analytics projects.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP
CSM / CSPO / PSPO
Insurance industry experience
Corporate Finance project experience
ERP modernization experience
Finance domain expertise: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Assets
Data Governance & Data Quality experience
Analytics and reporting enablement
Experience Integrating ERP And Other Upstream/downstream Systems
