Project Manager

**MUST HAVE TOLLING EXPERIENCE**
We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, client-facing projects within the tolling / transportation space.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll manage the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and owning project financials.
The Role
You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and hands-on delivery experience are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of tolling / transportation projects
- Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and expectations throughout
- Build and manage project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources)
- Oversee execution, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and contract requirements
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, reporting, and P&L ownership
- Lead contract execution across clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical and field-based staff
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and risks
- Ensure strong change control and governance throughout delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience delivering complex, client-facing projects
- Experience in tolling, transportation, infrastructure, or other regulated environments
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience (including senior stakeholders)
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and P&L
- Experience managing contracts, vendors, and subcontractors
- PMP certification is a plus

- MS Office / 365
- Exposure to Oracle/Java environments is beneficial
