We are looking for an experienced Controls Systems Integrator to join their team and play a key role in the design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced control systems for data centre and industrial applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working closely with customers to deliver reliable, high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, configure, troubleshoot, and commission PLC and HMI-based control systems.
- Develop structured, reliable, and well-documented PLC and SCADA software.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly HMI interfaces.
- Troubleshoot control system hardware, software, and communications issues.
- Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Support the commissioning and start-up of control systems within data centre and other mission-critical environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning and handover.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience within controls engineering, systems integration, or industrial automation.
- Strong experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Experience with HMI and/or SCADA systems.
- Previous experience working within data centre environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a wider engineering team.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Willingness to travel across the US approximately up to 30%, including the potential for international travel.
