Job Title :Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Selenium/Sahi Pro)
Position Overview
Join a team supporting complex enterprise system modernization projects focused on enrollment, eligibility, document management, and workflow applications. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced QA professional who enjoys building comprehensive test strategies, combining manual and automated testing, and improving software quality across large-scale initiatives.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes from business requirements.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests, including regression, smoke, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Create and maintain test automation scripts using established automation guidelines.
- Identify defects, document issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical and business teams.
- Review and provide guidance on test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Maintain defect tracking and ensure adherence to software testing governance and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- 5+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
- 3+ years of experience with the Sahi Pro or Selenium automation framework.
- Experience designing and developing automated test scripts.
- Working knowledge of one quality framework: SPICE, TPI, TMMI, or CMMI (OPF, OPD, or PPQA).
- Hands-on experience with formal test design techniques, including Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field, or 5+ years of equivalent Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise or e-business systems.
- Medicaid or broader healthcare industry experience.
- Knowledge of X12 standards and HIPAA EDI transactions.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile environments.
- Experience with PICT or equivalent orthogonal test design tools.
