LHH is seeking a Corporate Counsel of Operations to serve as a strategic legal advisor to two key business divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded attorney to work closely with division leadership and General Counsel while gaining broad exposure to the business and a wide range of legal matters and the opportunity for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Advise division leadership and GCs on legal, regulatory, and business matters.
- Provide counsel on commercial contracts, supply chain, product liability, intellectual property, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with Compliance, HR, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support compliance programs, investigations, audits, and risk-management initiatives.
- Manage outside counsel and legal resources.
- Drive improvements in legal operations, processes, and risk mitigation.
- Support strategic company initiatives with a lean, solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- J.D. and active AZ Bar membership in good standing.
- 4+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
- Strong background in commercial transactions, corporate law, and business counseling.
- Excellent judgment, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters while balancing legal and business priorities.
- Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or a regulated industry, as well as exposure to international legal matters and global compliance.
