- Support demand forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning across the infrastructure function.

- Determine whether requirements should be delivered internally or through third-party suppliers.

- Manage third-party delivery, including scope, costs, purchase orders, performance and invoice approval.

- Track and report on demand, project progress, costs, delivery performance and estimate accuracy.

- Ensure appropriate technical and operational documentation is maintained throughout delivery.

- Identify and implement improvements to demand and small change processes, including opportunities for automation.

Experience Required of the IT Demand & Change Consultant:

- Good understanding of cloud and traditional IT infrastructure environments.

- Experience working within structured governance, risk and compliance processes.

- Previous experience managing third-party technology suppliers.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, non-technical and senior stakeholders.

- Experience using reporting, measures and KPIs to track project delivery.

- Strong process improvement experience with an organised and detail-focused approach.

- ITIL, Agile and/or PRINCE knowledge would be advantageous.
