Key Responsibilities
Are you great with numbers? Do you enjoy analyzing financial data and working with technology-driven solutions?
We're looking for someone who can:
- support the preparation and submission of regulatory financial reports for authorities such as the European Central Bank and Bundesbank on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
- work closely with colleagues to enhance reporting processes, controls, and data quality standards
- contribute to regulatory and finance-related initiatives across Investment Banking and Wealth Management
- assist in producing management reports and business insights for internal stakeholders
- collaborate with teams across multiple locations, including Germany and other international offices
The team
You'll be part of the Group Finance team based in Kraków at Fabryczna Office Park, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
Our team supports the EMEA region by delivering accurate and reliable financial information. The role focuses on providing reporting support across a range of operational and financial activities, while working closely with colleagues in different locations and business areas.
Your Skills And Experience
What we're looking for:
- good understanding of financial markets and financial reporting concepts
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- proficiency in MS Excel and confidence working with data
- effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment
- proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently
- willingness to learn new processes and systems
- familiarity with regulatory reporting or the banking industry would be an advantage
