Key responsibilities
Are you passionate about non-financial risk and eager to develop your expertise in a dynamic banking environment? Are you motivated to learn quickly, interact with various stakeholders, and contribute to risk processes?
As part of the BRO team in Monaco, you will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:
- Perform first-level controls across all areas of operational risk (eg. KYC, Crossborder, Suitability…).
- Contribute to the assessment and ongoing update of the risk framework.
- Collaborate with business teams as well as with level 2 and 3 controllers from various departments within the bank.
- Assist in administrative and reporting tasks linked to risk management activities.
The team
You’ll be working in the Business Risk Organization team in Monaco.
Your skills and experience
- Completed banking or finance degree
- Initial experience or exposure to risk management, compliance or banking operations
- Familiarity with KYC, Crossborder or Suitability processes is a strong asset
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- General understanding of banking products and services (private and/or corporate banking is a plus)
- Fluent in French and English
- Detail-oriented with a strong interest in risk topics
- Proactive, eager to learn and develop new skills
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Reliable when working independently, with good judgment on escalation
