Montreal or Toronto - Hybrid
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem:
Power Automate
Power Apps
Power BI
Copilot Studio
Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks, CoE practices, DLP policies, or environment lifecycle management is considered an asset.
Proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and documenting business needs.
Experience working in governance, compliance, security, risk management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
Familiarity with application integrations, data management, and automation technologies.
Knowledge of low-code/no-code development and Citizen Development programs.
