Role Description The Treasury Analyst role at KPMG India is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing daily cash positions, monitoring bank balances, and supporting short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. The Treasury Analyst will assist in optimizing liquidity, managing intercompany funding, and supporting treasury-related reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing treasury dashboards, coordinating with finance and accounting teams, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies. The role may also involve supporting banking relationships, process improvements, and participation in treasury system enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills to support liquidity optimization and daily cash operations.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance and Cash Flow Forecasting to support short-term and long-term planning.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools for modeling, reporting, and data analysis.

- Relevant academic qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP, CA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to ethical, compliant financial practices.
