🚨 Hiring: SharePoint Digital Experience Specialist 🚨
📍 Location: Newark, DE | Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week
We are looking for a Junior SharePoint Digital Experience Specialist to support the refresh and redesign of an Enterprise OCM (Organizational Change Management) Community of Excellence SharePoint site.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines SharePoint, UX/UI, graphic design, multimedia, and digital content creation skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and update modern SharePoint pages and site content
- Translate wireframes and mockups into engaging SharePoint designs
- Create graphics, banners, icons, infographics, and visual assets
- Develop and edit short videos, animations, and multimedia content
- Improve site navigation, usability, UX, and information architecture
- Apply branding, accessibility, and modern web design standards
- Support content organization and digital storytelling
- Collaborate with stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Leverage AI tools to create graphics, content, videos, and digital experiences
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ SharePoint site design & content management
✅ Graphic design – Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
✅ Video editing, animation & multimedia production
✅ UX/UI & information architecture
✅ Content creation & digital storytelling
✅ Microsoft 365 – SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Forms, Viva Engage
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✅ Experience using AI tools for digital content and design
