Senior Solutions Architect – Loyalty & Customer Engagement
Our client, a leading Midwest retailer, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to shape the technology strategy and architecture behind next-generation Loyalty & Customer Engagement experiences. This role will help define scalable solutions across rewards, personalization, promotions, customer identity, customer data, and Voice of Customer capabilities.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders, you’ll translate complex business needs into modern, scalable technical solutions and provide architectural leadership from strategy through implementation.
Key Areas of Focus
- Loyalty, rewards, promotions, and personalized offers
- Customer identity, profiles, and engagement platforms
- Voice of Customer and feedback ecosystems, including Medallia
- Customer data, analytics, AI/ML, and personalization
- APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, and modern data platforms
- High-volume digital and customer-facing applications
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or senior technical roles
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale, customer-facing solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into architecture, technical strategy, and actionable designs
- Experience with modern integration and cloud architecture patterns
- Background in retail, eCommerce, loyalty, customer engagement, or marketing technology preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and business teams
