·Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & business analysis experience.
·Experience with Kiro or similar AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q) or Prompt engineering experience.
·Programming/software development background.
·Ideally progressed from developer/programmer to BSA.
·Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills.
·Able to work as a senior individual contributor and independently solve business problems.
·NOT looking for Primarily or exclusively Program Management experience.
·NOT looking for Limited or no technical/programming background.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the APM practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement APM strategies to monitor and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on APM tools and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on APM methodologies and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in APM technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Application Performance Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of APM tools and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex performance issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in APM tools or methodologies are a plus.
