Our client is a well-established, nationally recognized litigation practice representing major companies in the automotive industry. The firm focuses on sophisticated product warranty and lemon law matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of civil litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle matters involving product warranty and lemon law litigation
- Manage cases through various stages of civil litigation
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
- Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
- Junior Attorney or Associate Attorney experience preferred
- Litigation experience is a plus, but strong junior attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in litigation, automotive law, product warranty, or consumer protection matters is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $150,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
