Job TitleCRM Implementation ConsultantKey Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding projects from kickoff to admin systems training, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and all customer-facing communication.
- Configure and customize Follow Up Boss to align with client business needs, workflows, team structure, and industry-specific requirements.
- Manage integrations and data by facilitating data migrations, imports, and exports.
- Map out system workflows, documenting how all systems and integrations connect to Follow Up Boss.
- Train admin-level users and power users on initial setup, system features, and best practices.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Systematize implementations by following existing playbooks and contributing to templates, checklists, and automation.
- Triage and resolve issues during implementation, escalating when needed.
- Gather and document client goals and feedback, connecting them to implementation work.
- Provide clear handoffs to the Customer Success Manager and Sales Rep.
Minimum Qualifications
- Tech savvy with project-driven onboarding experience.
- Experience in guiding teams through end-to-end implementations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and escalate when needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Background in real estate or advertising technology.
- Ability to provide training and support to users.
Location - Remote (USA)Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
