Job Description
Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned outlet, supervising the team and ensuring consistent food and beverage service standards and a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
- Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
- Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
- Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving outlet revenue and cost-control targets.
- Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor standards, policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Open to Malaysian candidates only; preferably local Sarawakian.
