Job Summary:
To support the regional expansion of the AI Educator Series, local Content Project Managers manage localized content development to deliver impactful, highly relevant training tailored to specific language regions. This position requires a background as an experienced instructional designer skilled in building online, virtual, and in-person training, alongside managing work streams to ensure timely publishing and updates. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the central Scaled Training and Resources (STAR) team to acquire English training assets, uploading materials to centralized platforms, and ensuring all deliverables adhere strictly to high standards.
Responsibilities
Content creation and localization (60%)
- Development of the content roadmap for the market, ensuring alignment with external partners involved in local program design and experience
- Localization of US-GES Slides
1. Submitting localization requests to central team
2. Reviewing output as a local language expert or working with a local language partner
3. Alignment with national standards (BNCC, BNCC da computação and other relevant standards within the brazilian educational context).
- Writing of new, local content copy as it applies to the region
- Design and development of the end-to-end self-serve learning experience to meet market needs. Includes writing scripts, editing videos, elearning development, voiceovers.

4. Manage any additional partner design partners as budget allows
- Monthly new content drops
- Updating content on a regular basis to reflect recent product updates
- Managing reviews and following up with stakeholders for feedback, ensuring content is accurate and aligned to Google brand guidelines and standards
Administrative work (20%)
- Platform Uploads and Management
- Evolve – CMS
- Intellum – LMS
- Launchpad – Registration, emails
- Accredible – Credentials, emails
- Website: writing and reviewing copy for web team
- Ongoing support
- Includes managing feedback tracker
- Data analysis and reporting
- Iterating on feedback and regular reporting of training metrics
Project Management (*20%)
- Creating Train-the-trainer docs and decks
- Scheduling regular webinars to TTT (Train the Trainer) sessions with internal (Go To Market team) and external (Champions, Partners) stakeholders to share most recent updates
- Day-to-day governance of Professional Development Partners
- Ongoing alignment across roadmaps, OKRs, SOW deliverables, and reporting cadence
- Regional implementation and government alignment (state and municipal), partnering with key organizations such as CONSED, CONSEC, and UNDIME to ensure an institutionalized approach and seamless multi-partner operations
- Execution of large-scale activations
- Owning regional trainee scale targets and impact reports
this percentage will fluctuate across the 12 months (from 20-80%)
Key considerations:
- Bilingual Proficiency & Localization Mastery: Native-level fluency in Portuguese and full professional proficiency in English. Flawless grammar, editorial precision, and pedagogical nuance in the local language are required to adapt, rewrite, and quality-assure AI training assets for regional educators.
