Vouch is partnering with an established organisation within Maritime industry in hiring an Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join the dynamic finance team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the FP&A team in providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making
- Perform detailed analysis of business and financial performance for various business units
- Preparing comprehensive management reports, conducting variance analysis, and recommending strategies for cost reduction and profit improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Enhance internal controls and financial processes to ensure continuous improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related role
- Candidates from Big 4 environment are welcome to apply
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of data analytics techniques is a plus
