TECEZE is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and API Testing.

📌 Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Software QA Automation.
- Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright fixtures, Page Object Model (POM), locators, assertions, and auto-waiting.
- Good knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
- Experience in REST API automation and response validation.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of cross-browser testing using Playwright.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipeline execution and monitoring.
- Experience with Jira and defect triaging.
- Python or Java knowledge is an added advantage.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Playwright.
- Convert manual test cases into reusable automation scripts.
- Develop and execute API automation tests.
- Perform backend data validation using SQL.
- Troubleshoot failed and unstable automation scripts.
- Monitor automation execution through CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code/peer reviews and framework improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams.
- Improve test coverage and automation efficiency.
