ABOUT NBLICK
Search is becoming answers. When someone asks ChatGPT which tool to buy, which agency to hire, or which brand to trust, the answer arrives with no blue links and no way for the brand to see what was said about them, or whether they were mentioned at all.
nBlick is the visibility layer for that world. We run persona-based prompts across 10+ AI models every day (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others) and turn every answer into structured metrics: mention rate, share of voice, sentiment, competitor positioning. Brands use us to see how they show up in AI answers, and then to change it.
We're early, small, and building the category as we go. The people joining now decide how it works.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Everyone has an opinion about how to rank inside AI answers. Almost nobody has run the experiments.
You will. This role owns nBlick's own visibility across Google and the AI models, and doubles as our in-house expert on what actually moves the needle. You'll run structured tests on our own site and content, measure the results with our own product, and turn what you learn into three things: our organic growth, the playbooks our customers follow, and the roadmap for what we build next.
It's the rare marketing job where the experiments you run become the product. If you've been frustrated that GEO advice is mostly confident guessing, this is where you go and find out.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own organic growth for nBlick across classic SEO, answer engines and AI assistants
- Build the content engine: topical strategy, briefs, publishing cadence, and the internal linking and technical work underneath it
- Run structured GEO experiments. Change one variable, measure mention rate and share of voice across models, and write up what happened
- Handle the technical layer: crawlability, structured data, schema, llms.txt, rendering, site architecture, Core Web Vitals
- Build the off-site and citation strategy, including the third-party sources models actually pull from, such as Reddit, review sites, directories and industry publications
- Turn our own experiments into public playbooks, benchmarks and reports that earn attention in the category
- Feed everything you learn back into product, so the metrics and recommendations we ship are grounded in what really works
- Support sales and customer success with visibility audits when a deal or an account needs one
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO with results you can point to and explain, including the technical side rather than content strategy alone
- Real experience with AI search visibility, whether you call it AEO, GEO or something else, and clear thinking about what is proven versus what is currently fashionable
- Fluent with the data: Search Console, crawlers, log files, rank tracking, and enough spreadsheet or SQL skill to answer your own questions
- Experimental mindset. You form a hypothesis, isolate the variable, and accept the answer when the data disagrees with you
- Strong writer who can produce content good enough to publish under our name
- Comfortable with tooling and automation, including scripts and AI-assisted workflows, so you scale beyond what one person can do by hand
- Self-directed, because there is no existing playbook here to inherit
Bonus:
- You've published research, benchmarks or original studies in the search space
- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing to marketers
- Familiarity with LLM behavior: retrieval, citation patterns, why models pick one brand over another
- An audience, or a track record of building one
LOCATION
This role is fully remote within European timezones. We work asynchronously by default and get together in person a few times a year.
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary plus meaningful equity. This is an early marketing hire and the equity reflects that. We'll share specifics early in the process so nobody wastes their time.
HOW TO APPLY
Pick a brand you know and tell us why it does or doesn't get recommended by ChatGPT, and what you'd change first. Or send us a test you've run in AI search, including the ones that failed. We read everything.
