Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to Airwallet customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Stay flexible and ready to jump in with ad-hoc tasks that help improve our workflows and elevate the customer experience
- Assist the Sales team by offering technical expertise during the onboarding of new international partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to drive product improvements.
