🎬 THE ROLE
We are looking for a Motion Designer to create compelling animations, motion graphics, visual assets, and digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to transform ideas and concepts into high-quality visual stories.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects
• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual content
• Produce animations for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators, and project teams
• Create storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion projects
• Edit and enhance video content with animation, typography, and visual effects
• Maintain consistent brand identity across motion and digital assets
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Stay updated on emerging motion design trends, tools, and creative techniques
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and visual storytelling initiatives
• Review feedback and refine designs to achieve the desired creative outcome
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• Strong background in motion design, animation, graphic design, or digital media
• Proficiency with motion and creative design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to develop original concepts and turn briefs into engaging visuals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Experience with 3D motion, visual effects, or interactive content is an advantage
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation work is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred
