A leading global organisation is making a significant investment in AI, creating a dedicated engineering function to turn AI opportunities into real business solutions.
Rather than joining an established team and maintaining an existing platform, you'll be coming in at an early stage — helping define how AI engineering is done across the organisation.
You'll work as part of a small, highly specialised team, with each engineer bringing a different area of expertise. It's an environment where you won't be confined to a narrow area of responsibility. You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, experiment with emerging technologies, and take ideas all the way through to production.

What You'll Be Working On
- Develop and shape the architecture of the organisation's AI and agent platform.
- Design and implement MCP and A2A capabilities across the AI ecosystem.
- Engineer production-ready AI solutions that connect into existing enterprise technology.
- Bring together new, greenfield agentic technologies with established enterprise platforms.
- Make key technical decisions and help establish reusable engineering standards and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with AWS or Azure.
- Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
- 2+ years of AI Engineering experience, including hands-on development of Agentic AI and/or MCP-based solutions.
