1. About Our Client:

The organization operates within the nonprofit sector focused on converting donated shoes and clothing into educational and economic opportunities. 2. About the Opportunity:

The IT Manager serves as the primary internal technology resource, responsible for maintaining core systems, ensuring connectivity and security, and enabling the organization to maximize the value of its current tools, data, and automation. This role drives improvements through automation, integrations, and adoption of practical AI solutions to support staff productivity and organizational impact.

3. Responsibilities:

- Administer core platforms including ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS tools

- Manage user permissions, system configurations, and maintain data quality

- Train staff and liaise with technology vendors

- Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations and data sync issues

- Automate repetitive processes using low-code/no-code tools

- Support API connections and middleware

- Document automated workflows for maintainability

- Evaluate and assist teams in adopting AI tools responsibly

- Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and reports

- Monitor and ensure data accuracy across systems

- Manage information security policies, access, and incident response

- Conduct periodic access reviews and system audits

- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans

- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational expectations

4. Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in IT systems administration or technology operations

- At least 2 years experience with NetSuite

- Proficient in administering cloud-based business applications and understanding CRM, ERP, SaaS ecosystems

- Experience building workflow automations and leading process improvements

- Ability to evaluate and implement new software and AI tools for non-technical users

- Knowledge of information security fundamentals

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote, lean team environment

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

- The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
