Inside Sales / Account Executive — own the full sales cycle bringing healthcare professionals onto a practice-management platform. Milan or Munich, hybrid.
Our client is a practice management platform for healthcare professionals, helping clinics and practitioners run their business more efficiently.
This role owns the sales cycle end to end — from first contact to closed deal — with real ownership of pipeline and strategy.
What You'll Do
→ Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing
→ Run product demos and recommend tailored solutions for healthcare professionals
→ Own your pipeline and sales strategy to convert leads into customers
What We're Looking For
→ 4+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or healthcare preferred), owning the full cycle
→ Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
→ Native-level Italian and advanced English (B2/C1)
€37K fixed salary + €12K base commission (uncapped).
