Cybersecurity Risk Manager — join a major EU agency's security programme, fully on-site in Warsaw.
We're recruiting for a large cybersecurity risk-management function protecting critical infrastructure for a major EU agency. This is a fully on-site role (100% intra-muros) at the agency's Warsaw HQ, requiring a Personal Security Clearance (CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL).
You'll own the risk-management lifecycle end to end — from asset inventory and threat assessment to control design and executive reporting.
What You'll Do
→ Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk-management strategy
→ Identify, assess, and treat cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
→ Monitor control effectiveness and report on risk levels
→ Present risk-informed recommendations to executives and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
→ 9+ years in IT, 6+ years in risk management
→ Master's degree or higher, English C1
→ At least 4 of: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CGRC, CSSLP, CCSP, ISO 27001/27005 certifications, or equivalents
→ Experience with Business Impact Assessments, Zero Trust Architecture, and Secure SDLC
Framework contract of up to 48 months, fully on-site in Warsaw. Security clearance required.
