Location: Cayce, SC – Hybrid
First-day onsite presence is required at Cayce, SC to receive equipment. After the first day, onsite presence will be based on project needs, typically ranging from once per month to once per quarter.
Required Skills:
10+ years refactoring legacy code
10+ years enterprise-level system modernization
10+ years State or Federal Government experience
10+ years developing modern web applications using PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS — all required
3+ years developing RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#
3+ years Microsoft SQL Server experience, including database design, data modeling, stored procedures, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
3+ years DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployments, and environment troubleshooting
5+ years manual and automated system testing throughout the SDLC
3+ years creating technical documentation
Familiarity with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance such as HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST
Additional Skills:
IT development and implementation projects
Power BI or data pipelines for reporting and analytics
Azure or other cloud/infrastructure technologies
SharePoint or collaborative content-management platforms
