• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable & Billing implementations
• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Fit/Gap Analysis with SMEs
• 8+ years of hands-on End-to-End System Integration Testing with third-party interfaces
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams in a large team environment
Preferred Skills
• Public Sector / Government experience
• Texas CAPPS Financials / Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) experience
• PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
