Your Day-to-Day
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and support decision-making.
- Manage, validate, and organize operational data to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends and actionable insights, and provide ad-hoc analysis to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize reporting workflows through simple automation to reduce manual processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, align reporting requirements, and improve reporting effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Familiar with SQL (including SELECT, JOIN, and GROUP BY) for querying and analyzing data.
- Hands-on experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase to create dashboards and reports.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Python, n8n, or Zapier, with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Able to communicate findings clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
