We're looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join a high-profile financial services program focused on STP (Straight Through Processing) applications.
This role is ideal for a senior QA professional with strong experience in test automation, Agile delivery, messaging systems, CI/CD, and banking platforms.
Key Skills Required
✅ STP / Financial Services Testing
✅ Test Automation (Selenium, Postman, REST Assured)
✅ Kafka or Middleware Testing (IBM MQ)
✅ Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)
✅ CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git)
✅ Agile Testing (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
✅ Test Management & Defect Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for STP applications
- Define test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test data
- Drive automation and CI/CD integration initiatives
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
- Work closely with Developers, BAs, Architects, and Product Owners
- Manage defects and support resolution through to closure
- Support production validation and release testing
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
