• Manage end-to-end Quantity Surveying activities for all assigned construction projects.
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and measurements accurately and on time.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets and project scope throughout execution.
• Review contractor bills, measurements, variations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, contracts, and site teams on quantity and commercial matters.
• Identify and evaluate quantity variations and assess their commercial impact on the project.
• Maintain accurate quantity records, reports, and project documentation across all active projects. • Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity-related requirements and clarifications.
• Support project teams with cost analysis and commercial decision-making.
• Monitor project cost and quantity changes throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission and review of measurements and contractor bills.
• Provide regular commercial and quantity-related reports to management. Mandatory Requirements
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within construction or real estate — Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise building projects — Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in MIVAN construction or MIVAN projects — Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, measurements, billing, variations, and cost control.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and specifications independently.
• Strong understanding of construction execution and project commercial processes.
• Experience with reputed real-estate developers or builders is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates who have worked with established real-estate developers and builders with hands-on experience in high-rise residential projects using MIVAN construction will be strongly preferred
