What You'll Be Doing
✅ Drive end-to-end business and technical analysis across complex data initiatives
✅ Document data flows, mappings, lineage, and integration requirements
✅ Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions
✅ Support data quality, reconciliation, governance, and compliance activities
✅ Convert requirements into Jira Epics, User Stories, and delivery-ready documentation
✅ Work closely with Agile squads to deliver high-impact outcomes
What We're Looking For
✔ 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise environments
✔ Strong expertise in data mapping, data modelling, and migration projects
✔ Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
✔ Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
✔ Cloud platform and database experience
Highly Regarded
⭐ Experience within Superannuation, Insurance, Investments, or Financial Services
⭐ Python skills
