Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate offer, documentation and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Update employee information in HRMS.
HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters and other employee-related documents.
Attendance Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate attendance corrections with employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate leave and attendance data.
HR MIS Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports.
- Maintain headcount, recruitment, attendance and employee trackers.
- Generate HR reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain HR dashboards and documentation as required.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Coordinate employee communication and HR activities.
- Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience.
Compliance HR Support
- Support statutory compliance-related HR activities.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Coordinate with payroll and other departments for employee-related information.
- Ensure HR processes are followed as per company policies.
