Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native Engineering)

Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday
Duration: Contract through December 2027

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to support the modernization of the Corporate Event Reporting System (CERS), a critical enterprise platform undergoing transformation from legacy technologies to modern, cloud-ready solutions.
As a Full Stack Product Engineer supporting the modernization of CERS, you will work within an Agile squad to analyze legacy capabilities, refine requirements with business and product partners, and design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications, APIs, and integrations. Daily responsibilities include using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and solution design; collaborating with architects, product owners, UX designers, and fellow engineers; troubleshooting production issues; performing root cause analysis; managing technical debt; and ensuring solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, prototyping innovative approaches, and helping transform complex legacy workflows into maintainable, cloud-ready solutions that deliver business value.
This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong full stack development expertise with AI-native engineering practices. You will help modernize legacy applications, accelerate delivery through AI-assisted development, and build scalable solutions that support the future state of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications, APIs, and integrations
- Modernize legacy applications and workflows into scalable cloud-ready solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and solution design
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, and engineering teams
- Build and support backend services, APIs, and data integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Manage technical debt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies and prototype innovative solutions
- Help identify opportunities to automate processes through AI, agentic workflows, and modern engineering practices
Required Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#
- Full stack development experience
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services
- Strong database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
