About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Campaign & Analytics Manager to own the implementation, monitoring, optimization, and measurement of digital investor marketing campaigns for publicly traded companies.
Working closely with our strategy, creative, and development teams, you'll ensure every campaign is launched correctly, accurately tracked and continually optimized across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and our proprietary IRIS platform. This role is focused on campaign operations, analytics, and investor intelligence—not creative design or web development.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations
- Launch, maintain, and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Manage search, display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Update campaigns as clients issue news releases, corporate updates, and new marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and overall health.
- Ensure campaigns are properly configured, tested, and launched.
Tracking & Analytics
- Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Manage UTM structure and campaign attribution across all channels.
- Validate conversion tracking, event implementation, and data accuracy.
- Work with the development team to support BigQuery data collection and ensure data flows correctly into IRIS.
Campaign Optimization
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword analysis, audience refinement, bid adjustments, and remarketing improvements.
- Monitor ad performance to identify the messaging, themes, keywords, and calls-to-action that generate the strongest investor engagement.
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Investor Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance through IRIS and GA4 dashboards.
- Analyze investor behavior and marketing performance, including
- Traffic sources and attribution
- Search terms and keyword performance
- Landing page engagement
- Investor journey and navigation paths
- Corporate website behaviour
- News release engagement
- Document and presentation downloads
- Deliver ongoing insights and recommendations that improve future campaigns and help build the Organisation's investor intelligence knowledge base.
Qualifications Required
- At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- 2 years of project management role/ responsibility
- At least 2 years of experience working remotely.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience implementing conversion tracking and marketing pixels.
- Understanding of UTM parameters, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- With own home office setup.
Preferred
- Experience with BigQuery or data analysis platforms.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and marketing reporting tools.
- Experience with remarketing strategies and A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of SQL or working with data engineering teams.

- The successful candidate will own every stage of campaign implementation and optimization, ensuring data is accurate, campaigns perform efficiently, and the organisation continues to build industry-leading insights into investor behavior. They will proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, strengthen attribution, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the IRIS platform through data-driven recommendations.
