About the role:
We're looking for a Brand & Visual Designer who brings ideas to life through bold visuals, striking compositions, and pixel-perfect detail. You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital and physical touchpoints — from social media to packaging, from product launches to campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working on creatives for digital platforms and Websites.
- Working in collaboration with the marketing team for creating high-quality designs
- Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes
- Design high-quality creatives for the marketing team.
- Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content
- Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral
- Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels
- Envision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations
- Understand business & technological constraints and how they impact the design process and output
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design
Requirements:
- Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 Design University/College
- Have 3+ years of working experience
- Possess strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma
- Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment
