Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design and implementation of data models and pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis.
- Evaluate and integrate new technological advancements to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies across all data platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practice guidelines for platform and integration operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data platforms and integrations in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in managing data platform development and integration projects.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their integration into data platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in data platforms, integration, and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of integration frameworks and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.
